Strategies for Finding Inner Strength

I find these strategies to be helpful in dealing with my anxieties. It isn’t always easy, but take it one day at a time and try to become comfortable with yourself. Love yourself despite how bad you may be feeling in the current moment. Remember “this too shall pass” ❤️.
