I need more sleep.
I always go to bed late because it’s finally quiet at night, with everyone sleeping.
The only time I have to myself is at night, so despite feeling tired, I stay awake watching my shows or if I’m anxious, I stay awake mindlessly scrolling tiktok.
I wake up exhausted, with headaches and just not wanting to do much.
I want to go to bed earlier but i dont know how to make myself do that…
Do any of you have bedtime routines that you think may help me?

I do the opposite, I like to wake up early and have some me time because everyone is still sleeping and I can spend some time meditating or practicing chi-gong.

I REALLY want to wake up early in the morning to have my quiet time and take walks…I just have a hard time sleeping early 🥺

I always imagine performing the most boring, mundane tasks in excruciating detail; my brain finally gives up and goes to sleep. 😀
