Self Isolation Tip

I found this to be a pretty good tip. I know with anxiety we tend to be hard on ourselves when we don’t feel we have done enough with our days. In reality, surviving the day is an accomplishment in itself. So be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to just “be”. Not every day has to be super busy or “productive”. If all you can do is eat, shower and breathe, than that should be more then enough.

Be proud of being alive. God willing, you’ll have many other days when you’re up to doing more with your time ❤️.

  1. I couldn’t agree with this more! We put so much pressure on ourselves to be ‘better’ which just contributes to anxiety and has the opposite effect. Thanks for sharing 🙂 x

    1. We tend to be really hard on ourselves. I also stress because I want to work out and don’t always do so, being busy with the kids and home. Feeling anxious and stressed because of the quarantine. It’s a lot. As long as we take it day by day and try to be kind to ourselves, I’m sure we will be fine :). I’m glad blogging keeps you busy!
