I found this to be a pretty good tip. I know with anxiety we tend to be hard on ourselves when we don’t feel we have done enough with our days. In reality, surviving the day is an accomplishment in itself. So be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to just “be”. Not every day has to be super busy or “productive”. If all you can do is eat, shower and breathe, than that should be more then enough.
Be proud of being alive. God willing, you’ll have many other days when you’re up to doing more with your time ❤️.
Throughout the years, I have suffered with anxiety, but it wasn't until 2013, that I decided to get help for it. I started seeing a therapist and learning so much about myself and the reasoning behind my anxieties. Because of therapy and being so open, I decided to blog about it. I figured, if I could go through so many years hiding behind a facade, why not write about my true self and what I am learning to overcome it. If I can help someone else in this world, then I don't mind at all being open about my experiences. I will write about my anxieties, my triumphs, my failures, and just my over all emotions through my days. Please follow or share. Hopefully someone can relate to this blog and find a way to get help.

I couldn’t agree with this more! We put so much pressure on ourselves to be ‘better’ which just contributes to anxiety and has the opposite effect. Thanks for sharing 🙂 x
Nice tip and reminder. I completely agree, and feel like people are throwing undo pressure on their selves now more than they normally would. I’m sharing your post and a link back to your blog on cafelegacy.com. I think a lot of my clients would love your blog.
We tend to be really hard on ourselves. I also stress because I want to work out and don’t always do so, being busy with the kids and home. Feeling anxious and stressed because of the quarantine. It’s a lot. As long as we take it day by day and try to be kind to ourselves, I’m sure we will be fine :). I’m glad blogging keeps you busy!

Thank you so much Jody. I agree people are adding more pressure on themselves now. Hopefully others will find these tips as helpful as I did!
