I happened to come across this video on Youtube and I feel the need to share it with all of you.
The video below is a good representation of how Anxiety effects a person, and how even with all the negative thoughts and feelings, you can still push through and live your life. It isn’t easy, but it definitely is possible <3.
I appreciate this short film so very much, because I have gone through this many times in my life, and still go through it. So if you feel misunderstood or misheard, share this short film and just maybe, friends and family can have a better understanding of what it is you live with.
Let me know what you think!

“She picked up the pieces of her life and created something beautiful. From that day forth she shone like the sun and changed the definition of broken.”
Throughout the years, I have suffered with anxiety, but it wasn't until 2013, that I decided to get help for it. I started seeing a therapist and learning so much about myself and the reasoning behind my anxieties. Because of therapy and being so open, I decided to blog about it. I figured, if I could go through so many years hiding behind a facade, why not write about my true self and what I am learning to overcome it. If I can help someone else in this world, then I don't mind at all being open about my experiences. I will write about my anxieties, my triumphs, my failures, and just my over all emotions through my days. Please follow or share. Hopefully someone can relate to this blog and find a way to get help.

This is brilliant! It was like a day in the life of me. So relatable and inspiring. Thanks for sharing! ❤
Oh my God! This is me right now! I am so afraid of everything. But today I talked with my mentor and am going to a psych appointment. I gotta get help.
Great little video. The whole friends things is so relatable. I’m lucky to have just reconnected with some old friends and the understanding they’ve shown is amazing. That anyone voice that tells you others wise is so wrong. You can tell when they support you and it’s a life changer. Thanks for the video
That’s fantastic! I’m glad you have friends who are understanding. I also have long time friends of over 20 years who understand what I go through and who have gone through the same thing themselves. It’s beneficial to have people on your side, letting you know things will be ok. Glad you enjoyed the video 🙂.
This video is incredible. This is what it’s like living with anxiety and depression for me. You always have that voice in your head that is supposed to be your best friend yet brings out the absolute worst, continuously bringing you down. It’s diabolical and I am glad to see more things like this showing up showing the world what’s it’s like and our community that we are not alone!

That’s literally what my mentor emailed me today. “You are courageous and you should be proud.”

And she’s right! Going to therapy was the best decision I ever made. You learn so much about yourself and the people around you.

I’m actually going to see a male psychologist because he’s from PR too and my mom/him know each other.
