Anxiety: A Short Film

I happened to come across this video on Youtube and I feel the need to share it with all of you.

The video below is a good representation of how Anxiety effects a person, and how even with all the negative thoughts and feelings, you can still push through and live your life. It isn’t easy, but it definitely is possible <3.

I appreciate this short film so very much, because I have gone through this many times in my life, and still go through it. So if you feel misunderstood or misheard, share this short film and just maybe, friends and family can have a better understanding of what it is you live with.

Let me know what you think!

  1. Great little video. The whole friends things is so relatable. I’m lucky to have just reconnected with some old friends and the understanding they’ve shown is amazing. That anyone voice that tells you others wise is so wrong. You can tell when they support you and it’s a life changer. Thanks for the video

    1. That’s fantastic! I’m glad you have friends who are understanding. I also have long time friends of over 20 years who understand what I go through and who have gone through the same thing themselves. It’s beneficial to have people on your side, letting you know things will be ok. Glad you enjoyed the video 🙂.

  2. This video is incredible. This is what it’s like living with anxiety and depression for me. You always have that voice in your head that is supposed to be your best friend yet brings out the absolute worst, continuously bringing you down. It’s diabolical and I am glad to see more things like this showing up showing the world what’s it’s like and our community that we are not alone!
