White Noise of The Mind: A Haiku

All of this white noise

It keeps me preoccupied

I want to feel calm

  1. My Dear Jen, I remember from my days of learning Psychology, that over 90% of the World lives ‘Quiet Lives of Desperation.’ The ‘Quiet’ just shows that people don’t ‘Show’ it. So MOST of the world is in search of Peace.

I hope You do Dhyaan. Am not sure if I had shared this link with You: https://lovehappinessandpeace.wordpress.com/2014/07/10/how-achieve-happiness/ …It is Not just Happiness. It is for Peace too.

I have also found that Walking helps. A lot. But my lethargy prevents me from doing that many times!

Stop me before I ramble on more! Love and Regards. 🙂
